Righthium ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our institutional clients and their customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the Righthium platform.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

1.2 Property & Token Data

As part of our core service, we collect and store:

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the platform, including IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data is used solely for security monitoring and platform improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on infrastructure meeting SOC2-ready standards. Blockchain anchoring uses Polygon (a public blockchain); once anchored, the cryptographic hash becomes publicly verifiable but does not expose underlying property data. OAuth tokens and sensitive credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM at rest. All API communications are encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. Blockchain records are immutable by design; the cryptographic hash anchored to Polygon cannot be deleted. We retain audit trails and token records to satisfy legal and institutional compliance requirements.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@righthium.com. Note that deletion requests cannot apply to immutable blockchain records.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand platform usage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
